Wendy Flores
From Medical Assistant to Businesswoman — A Journey Built With Purpose
My journey began at 16½ years old when I became a Medical Assistant and entered the world of neurology. Nearly 20 years later, neurology—and especially migraine headache care—remains a passion close to my heart. My mentor, Dr. Ravinder Singh, taught me something I've carried ever since: education is power. While working, raising my children, and running my household, I earned my Associate degrees in Management & Leadership and Business Science.
“I wanted to create a place where our Hispanic community feels heard, understood, respected, and never lost in the healthcare system.
I'm grateful to have Dr. Lawrence Mora and Dr. Zinovy Lekht alongside this journey, along with our experienced nurses and dedicated front-office team — together, our mission is simple: to care, educate, guide, and make a difference.
I didn't build this business just to become a businesswoman — I built it to serve the community I love. From a 16½-year-old girl with a dream to the woman I am today, this is more than my career. It's my purpose, my passion, and my way of giving back.
